Working Principle of Smart Switches

A smart switch is a device that uses a combination of control boards, electronic components, and software to enable intelligent circuit switching. A smart switch consists of a control chip, an operating mechanism, a communication chip, a load switch, an electronic switch, a disconnect switch, and an isolating switch. The control chip is electrically connected to the electronic switch, which in turn connects to the operating mechanism. The operating mechanism controls the closing and opening of the load switch. The load switch and electronic switch are connected in parallel between the isolating switches. The operating mechanism connects directly to the isolating switch via a transformer, control chip, and isolating switch. The control chip is electrically connected to the isolating switch and also connects to the communication chip and energy storage module.
